First post for 2018. Quite dramatic for me.
Me, currently try to multitask like other people do, and I realized I failed to. What surprised me is that, i am still multitasking, with writing & settle some stuff that needs to be done on time. You can do it, Alin.
Here I tried to reminiscing some memories I had for a few months back since I last posting here on October/November I'm not sure. Sure it's been too long, which me too, can't exactly remember when was it.
Would like to give a warning beforehand where I try to speak more English, like more more frequently hoping that it would help me become fluent when I speak.
So last 2 months, I and family went to some sort of a short vacation. I actually planned to just bring my brother to reward him for being excellent on his studies, like suddenly my mom would like to come along, so does my dad. So we 4 went there, with big excitement.
I booked a 3 days 2 nights hotel to stay, as convenient as I wish, Avillion Legacy Malacca. There's a few reason why I chose to pick that to be our accommodation while we're in Malacca. Besides it's conveniences, it stay close with my campus during my degree time.And it's actually a pleasure to stay there despite all the complaints or bad reviews I read before I book.
It's actually a CNY holidays when we decides to go for a short vacation, which is to a kind of familiar for me to travel so that we can cut some time to do research and all. Plus mama got 2 days off for CNY so yah.
We take off on 16th Feb by car, to the bus station as arrived around 1pm and we checked in immediately. Have some rest before we plan to go to Jonker Walk at night. Where else to go in Malacca by the way?
Isn't it pretty? This hotel's decoration didn't disappoint me. At all.
Me and my brother got culture shocked with all the sweets! At least we gotta try some.
Day 2, we had a lunch at Eat & Repeat Malacca. Weird when we can eat it in Selangor. But who cares as long as Alin gotta fill in her stomach.
Then we spent some time at Bandar Hilir, sigh seeing time. At again, Jonker Walk time with my brother and my dad since my mom insist to stay at Hotel. Boring? No. The time spent mattered than anything.
Since the hotel only provide breakfast package so we only got breakfast for free. Actually it is not for free since we paid for that. Loh, here the lunch. Quite simple yet have a variety dishes. Didn't have a snap of it but they got some delicious bread for breakfast too! and fruits too!
This short trip is kind of special for me since we are 4 this time. I actually haven't said anything anywhere, that my father is kinda hard to deal with. Especially when it is involved with long planning or some kind of hardship through out the trip but somehow I made it happen and yes, I am so happy. Will always try to find some time to repeat this.
